We started making small batches for friends & family. They started telling their friends, their friends told their friends, and so on! To keep up with demand, we then passed our designs to our trusted supplier who can now make thousands of masks per day!

Yes, our KN95 masks & disposable 3-poly masks are certified. Our KN95 masks successfully passed the GB2626-2006 performance standard; our disposable 3-ply masks successfully passed the GB-T32610-2016 performance standard.
We would not have gotten into the business unless we knew EXACTLY where the masks were coming from. We have been dealing with the same manufacturer for 15+ years; we trust our supplier and we have proper certification documents that are available upon request.
In short, N95 masks are the US standards for respirator masks; KN95 masks are the Chinese standards for respirator masks. For reference, there is a chart below to illustrate what NIOSH (US National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health) requires manufacturers to meet in order to label masks as N95. In general, the two masks are equivalent or near equivalent on the features that most people care about. For example, both masks are rated to capture 95% of tiny particles (0.3 micron particles).

For orders that are $50 more more, FREE shipping is available. For orders under $50, shipping is a flat rate fee of $7.95.
Smaller orders placed before 3pm EST ship out same day (assuming inventory is in stock); similar orders placed after 3pm EST are scheduled to ship out the next business day.
When you go through the online checkout process, all shipping options (including expedited shipping options) and costs will be displayed so you can easily select your shipping preference.
For larger orders that require turnaround production time, we will provide ETA's (estimated time of arrival) before you finalize your order with us.

For larger orders that require turnaround production time, we have the option to ship via rush air shipping or boat. Rush Air shipping normally takes 5 - 7 in-transit days. Boat shipping normally takes 21 - 28 in-transit days. Based on your needs, we can suggest the best shipping methods and we'll quote your order accordingly.
For smaller orders, we typically do not require a signature when we ship your package. However, there are instances when the delivery driver may decide to choose this option at their discretion.
For larger orders that we require freight handling, a signature will be required at time of delivery.
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) are accepted when you place your order online. For larger orders, we suggest payment via wire payment, escrow account, or certified check. Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement, and it may not always be possible to cancel.
For larger orders that require production turnaround time, a 10% escrow deposit is usually required to begin production. If production is not started and you wish to cancel, we will refund your 10% deposit (minus any escrow fees that are incurred). If production has already started, you will forfeit the 10% deposit.
Our goal is to always have satisfied customers so we hope there is not ever any reasons to cancel. If for some reason you decide to cancel, please contact us soon as possible so we can discuss options.
For the fabric masks, there are no minimums. You can order only 1 mask if you'd like. However, please keep in mind that we offer volume discounts. The more you order, the more you save! For volume discount details, see below.
For KN95 masks, the minimum order is 1 box (10-pack). For 3-Ply Disposable Masks, the minimum is 1 box (50-Pack). For both KN95 masks and the 3-Ply Disposable Masks, the masks are put in poly bags and heat-sealed. For this reason, you cannot order an individual mask; you have to order the box of masks.

Yes, you will receive a receipt for every order. For online orders, an automated email receipt will be sent to the email that you used when placing your order. For larger purchase orders, we will send you a confirmation email confirming that the purchase order has been received.
Due to the hygienic and the personal nature of our face masks, we are unable to accept returns. All orders are final sale and we unable to accommodate returns, refunds, or cancellations.

Oops! You just accidentally pulled off the rubber adjuster piece on the elastic strap. No worries, you did not damage anything. You simply have to put the rubber adjuster piece back on the elastic. Check out the video below to see how:
You will notice the rubber piece has a wider opening and a narrow opening. Using a toothpick, you want to push the elastic back through the wider opening. Using tweezers, then pull the elastic through the narrow opening. Once you have the elastic pulled through, you can then adjust to your preferred setting.
